Employees in the following voting unit are eligible to vote in a self-determination election to indicate whether or not they wish to be included in said mixed nonprofessional and professional unit: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem employees employed by the Employer in the Radiation Oncology department at its Elmhurst Hospital Center affiliation location at 79-01 Broadway, Elmhurst, New York, including: radiation therapists, lead radiation therapists, radiation therapist assistants, dosimetrists, administrative assistants, administrative coordinators, and billing coordinators as a residual unit to the existing 1199 bargaining unit of professional and non-professional employees at that location. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.
