Voting Unit (Unit A): INCLUDED: All full time and regular part-time drivers, mechanics, body men, and cleaners employed by the Employer at its Divisions in San Antonio (including Austin and Houston) and Grand Prairie (Dallas). EXCLUDED: All other employees, guards, watchmen, and supervisors as defined in the Act. The election will be conducted in part by mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, on June 13, 2016. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 office by 3:00 pm on July 8, 2016. The mail ballots will be counted at the Region 16 Resident Office located at 615 East Houston St. Suite 559, San Antonio, Texas 78205 at 3:30 pm on July 8, 2016. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region 16 office at 817-978-2921, by no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 20, 2016 in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee.
