Voting Unit (Unit A): Including: All trainees, drivers, and certified driver trainers employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 828 East G Street, Wilmington, California 90744 and 1401 Loveridge Road, Pittsburg, California 94565; Excluding: All offic clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for WHOLESALE DELIVERY DRIVERS, GENERAL TRUCK DRIVERS, CHAUFFEURS, SALES, INDUSTRIAL AND ALLIED WORKERS, TEAMSTERS LOCAL 848, INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS (TEAMSTERS LOCAL 848), they will be taken to have indicated the employees desire to be included in the existing Bragg Investment Co. DBA Heavy Transport, Inc. unit currently represented by TEAMSTERS LOCAL 848. If a majority of the valid ballots are cast for INTERNATIONAL LONGSHORE AND WAREHOUSE UNION, LOCAL 13, ALLIED DIVISION, they will be taken to have indicated the employees desire to be represented in the petitioned-for unit. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees desire to remain unrepresented. TALLY OF BALLOTS: The ballots will be comingled and counted on September 1, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Regional office at 888 S.
