Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All classifications of Meter and Relay technicians to include Tech 1, Tech 2, Lead Tech and Senior Tech employed by the Employer at its plant located at 6233 North FM 56, Glen Rose, TX 76043-6356. Excluded: All office clericals, guards, all other employees and supervisors as defined by the Act. Note: If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 220, AFL-CIO will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit which includes all full-time Operators, Working Foremen, Machinists, Electricians, Mechanics and Helpers, Warehouse Working Foremen and Warehouse Attendants, Operations Shift Attendants, Chemistry Technicians, Radiation Protection Technicians, Fire Protection Technicians, Chemistry Lead Technicians, Radiation Protection Lead Technicians, Fire Protection Lead Technicians, I&C Technicians, Lead I&C Technicians and Senior Chemists currently represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 220.
