Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Security Training Instructors employed by the Employer at its facility near Burlington, Kansas; but EXCLUDING all office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for UNION, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing unit described below represented by the Union. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
