Voting Unit (Unit A): INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and yard jockeys working out of the Employer’s facilities located at 12400 Riverside Drive, Eastvale, California, 8834 Millergrove Drive, Santa Fe Springs, California, 1101 West San Marcos Boulevard, San Marcos, California, 4711 Marriott Drive, Bakersfield California and 3702 Losee Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. EXCLUDED: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that receivers, dispatchers, warehouse clerks and logistics coordinators may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. TALLY OF BALLOTS. The ballots will be comingled and counted on Wednesday October 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Regional office at 888 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, California 90017 or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible.
