Included: all full-time and regular part-time call center employees employed by the Employer at its Ishpeming, Michigan facility. Excluded: operating, maintenance, clerical, and construction employees in the Districts of Houghton, Ontonagon, Ishpeming, Delta, Escanaba, Iron River, Munising, Western Hydros, and Eastern Hyrdos; system operations employees, temporary employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
