VOTING GROUP--UNIT B (Licensed Vocational Nurses) Included: All full time and part time nursing employees who are not Registered Nurses employed by the Employer at its facility located at 440 Fischer Store Road, Wimberley, Texas 78676, Including Licensed Vocational Nurses Excluded: All other employees, including Registered Nurses, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of the employees voting in Unit A vote “Yes” to the first question, indicating their desire to be included in a unit with employees in Unit B, they will be so included, and their votes on the second question will be counted together with the votes of the employees in Unite B to decide the question concerning representation for the overall unit consisting of the employees in Units A and B. Voting Unit (Unit A): All journeymen sprinkler fitters and apprentices in the employ of AFP Specialties, Inc. who are engaged in the installation, dismantling, maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and corrections of all fire protection and fire control systems including the unloading, handling by hand, power equipment and installation of all piping or tubing, appurtenances and equipment pertaining thereto, including both overhead and underground water mains, fire hydrants and hydrant lines and thermal systems used in connection with sprinkler and alarm systems, also all tanks and pumps connected thereto. Also included shall be CO2 and Cardox Systems, but excluding professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
