Excluding: Aides, Admissions Coordinators, Office Coordinators, Operations Assistants, Principal, Assistant Principals, ELL Coordinator, Special Education Program Manager, Alternative Learning Coordinator, Upper School Coordinator, Lower School Coordinator, Instructional Coaches, all other managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. VOTING GROUP B - NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES: Including: All full-time and regular part-time Aides, Admissions Coordinators, Office Coordinators, and Operations Assistants employed at the Employer’s Chavez Prep Middle School Campus. Excluding: All professional employees, Principal, Assistant Principals, ELL Coordinator, Special Education Program Manager, Alternative Learning Coordinator, Upper School Coordinator, Lower School Coordinator, Instructional Coaches, all other managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of the professional employees voting in Group A vote “Yes” to the first question, indicating their desire to be included in a unit with non-professional employees, they will be so included, and their votes on the second question will be counted together with the votes of the non-professional employees in Group B to decide the question concerning representation for the overall unit consisting of the employees in Groups A and B. If, on the other hand, a majority of the professional employees voting in Group A do not vote “Yes” to the first question, their ballots will be counted separately to decide the question concerning representation in a separate Group A.

Voting Unit (Unit A): INCLUDED: All full-time, part-time, and per diem technical employees and other nonprofessional employees in the classifications of medical assistants, patient access representatives, licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and licensed practical nurses (LPNs)employed by the Employer at its Center for Advanced Lung Diseases and Cystic Fibrosis at its facility currently located at 1500 San Pablo Street, Los Angeles, California; EXCLUDED: All other employees, physicians, registered nurses, residents, other professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, guards, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW), they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all full-time, regular part-time, and per diem service, maintenance, technical, and skilled maintenance employees employed by the Hospital at its facility located at 1500 San Pablo Street, Los Angeles, California, currently represented by National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW). If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
