Washington Street, Springfield, Illinois; 1501/1505 S 5th Street, Springfield, Illinois, 1501 S. Fifth Street, Springfield, Illinois; and 948 N. Main Street, Jacksonville, Illinois; Excluded: All office clerical employees, managers, professional employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others Permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that dispatchers, billing specialists, and billing and collections specialists may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibilty has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time, part-time and Occasional (PRN) employees of employer in the following positions at its Mapleton, Iowa facility: Registered Nurse; excluding all Physicians, Physician's Assistants, Administrative Employees, Maintenance Employees, Paramedics, Managerial Employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit, including Occasional (PRN) employees, who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Occasional (PRN) employees in the unit who have worked an average of less than four (4) hours per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election are NOT eligible to vote.
