Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Viroqua, Wisconsin, facility, including all employees who are actively engaged in the handling or selling of merchandise; excluding all guards, managerial employees, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended, including the General Manager, Human Resource Manager, Finance Manager, Facilities Manager, Deli Manager, Grocery Manager, Produce Manager, Purchasing Manager, Marketing and Membership Manager, Customer Service Manager, Marketing Assistant, Promotions and Outreach Manager and Bookkeeper. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Assistant Deli Manager, Assistant Deli Counter Manager, and IT/Scanning Coordinator may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
