If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Service Employees International Union, United Healthcare Workers – West (SEIU-UHW), they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit represented by Service Employees International Union, United Healthcare Workers – West (SEIU-UHW) as set forth in the collective bargaining agreement between Dignity Health and the petitioner that extends from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2027.
