Others Permitted to Vote: The parties agree that the position of dispatcher can vote but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

EXCLUDED: All other employees, including office clerical employees, designers, extinguisher installers, hood system employees, salespersons, and guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. Although the Employer is engaged in the construction industry, the parties have agreed to use the Board's standard eligibility formula rather than the construction industry (Daniel/Steiny) formula.
