If a majority of valid ballots are case for INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS LOCAL 160, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit defined by the MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT - SCHEDULERS & COORDINATORS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT which is currently represented by INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS LOCAL 160. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
