Voting Unit (Unit A): The election will be conducted in part by mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to all Program Aide employees who regularly report to work at individuals’ homes instead of the Employer’s Vineland, NJ facility. The mail ballots will be mailed from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4, on Monday, August 14, 2017 after 3:00 p.m. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4 office by close of business on August 28, 2017. The mail ballots will be counted at the Region 4 office located at 615 Chestnut St Ste 710, Philadelphia, PA 19106-4413 at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2017. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region 4 office by no later 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 21, 2017 in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee. INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Program Aides employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2445 South Delsea Drive, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360. EXCLUDED: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
