The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit at 3:30 p.m. on August 21, 2017, from the National Labor Relations Board, Region 12 Tampa office, located at 201 E. Kennedy Blvd., Ste. 530, Tampa, FL 33602 (Region 12 Tampa office). Those employees who believe they are eligible to vote and did not receive a ballot in the mail by August 29, 2017, should contact the Region 12 Tampa office by calling (813)228-2641, (813)228-2644 or (813)228-2615 to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they are received in the Region 12 Tampa office before the count of ballots begins on September 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. All ballots will be commingled and counted at the Region 12 Tampa office on September 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. In order to be valid and counted, the returned ballots must be received in the Region 12 Tampa office prior to the counting of the ballots.
