Excluded: All employees based in the Shop Department, Customer Pick-Up Department, Home Delivery Department or Fleet Department; and all Semi Drivers, Sr. Semi Drivers, office clerical employees, managers, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Leads, Receiving Coordinators, and Inventory Coordinators based in the Shipping and Receiving Department of Slumberland’s Distribution Center located at 3060 Centerville Road in Little Canada, Minnesota may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not yet been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
