Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Technical Support Communicator may vote in the election but his ballot will be challenged since his eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individual in this classification or group is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of this individual will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. The Employer agrees not to use “all other employees” in the excluded portion of the unit description as a basis to exclude the Technical Support Communicator.
