If a majority of valid ballots are cast for UNITE HERE Local 17, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit defined by the collective bargaining agreement between Morrissey Hospitality Companies, Inc. and Unite Here Union Local 17 AFL-CIO, which is currently represented by UNITE HERE Local 17. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
