If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Teamsters Local Union No. 776, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all regular technical-service employees in the job titles and classifications listed in Article 1 of the collective- bargaining agreement effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, appended as Attachment A.
