Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time mechanics, shop helpers, and yard drivers working at the Company’s Garage, located at 2530 West County Road B, Door #30, Roseville, MN 55113; and all regular full-time and regular part-time fresh-cut maintenance employees, warehouse janitors, and warehouse maintenance employees working at the Employer’s Warehouse, located at 752 Kasota Circle, Minneapolis, MN 55414. Excluded: All office employees; all tomato room employees; all produce packers; all fresh-cut production workers; all sales employees; all professional employees; all managerial employees; all supervisors, guards, and temporary employees, as defined by the Act; and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit consisting of warehouse employees and drivers, currently represented by International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Teamsters Local No. 120. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
