Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and part-time dietary aides and cooks employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1663 East Division Street, River Falls, Wisconsin; Excluded: All registered nurses (RN’s), licensed practical nurses (LPN’s), office clerical employees, receptionists, temporary and on-call employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other classifications not expressly included in the bargaining unit. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit consisting of PRN nursing assistants, restorative nursing assistants, activity aides, housekeepers, laundry aides, janitors, and social service aides, currently represented by United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 1189. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
