Because a majority of valid ballots were cast for UNITE HERE LOCAL 11, the employees in the unit described above are included in the established bargaining unit currently represented by UNITE HERE LOCAL 11 as described in the collective-bargaining agreement effective May 17, 2018 through June 30, 2023 between the Petitioner and the Employer at The Hilton Anaheim Hotel.
