Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time trip editors and technicians employed by the Employer at its East Hartford, Connecticut facility; but excluding Tech in Charge, office clerical employees, managers, and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the desire to be included in the existing unit of bus drivers, dispatchers, reservationists and fuelers represented by Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1763. If a majority of valid ballots are cast against representation, they will be taken to have indicated the desire to remain unrepresented.
