Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Occupational Therapist, Teacher, School Counselor, and Speech Language Pathologist, and all full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Child Care Assistant, Teacher Assistant, Substitute Teacher, Substitute Teacher 1, Special Education Substitute Teacher, Custodian, Secretary, Maintenance, and Office Coordinator; excluding guards, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. However, since this unit includes professional and non-professional employees who cannot be joined in a single unit without the desires of the professional employees being determined in a separate vote, elections will be conducted in the following Voting Groups: VOTING GROUP A All full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Occupational Therapist, Teacher, School Counselor, and Speech Language Pathologist; but excluding all non-professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. VOTING GROUP B All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Child Care Assistant, Teacher Assistant, Substitute Teacher, Substitute Teacher 1, Special Education Substitute Teacher, Custodian, Secretary, Maintenance, and Office Coordinator; excluding professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. The parties also agree that the classification of Coordinator is professional and individuals voting subject to challenge within that classification will be provided with the same ballot as those individuals in Voting Group A.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Service and Maintenance employees, including all Dietary Aides, Head Cooks, Cooks, Assistant Cooks, Vegetable Cooks, Housekeepers, Nurses’ Aides, Nursing Assistants, Nursing Attendants, Nursing Attendants/Clerks, LPN’s, Ward Clerks, Technicians, Environmental Services Technicians, Environmental Services Technician Leads, Firemen, Behavioral Medicine Clerks, Groundsmen, Housekeepers, HVAC Engineer II, Inventory Technicians, Licensed Boiler Operators, Linen Distribution Attendants, Maintenance Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanic Lead, Phlebotomists, Sanitation Attendants, and Therapeutic Technicians, but excluding all other employees, business office clerical employees, casual employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time Drivers, Mechanics, and Helpers employed by the Employer at its 1224 Hayes Boulevard, Bristol, Pennsylvania facility. Excluded: All employees represented by other labor organizations, office personnel, clerks, dispatchers, temporary employees, seasonal employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Helpers may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
