Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacy Technician Associates, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Senior Technicians working at the Employer’s inpatient pharmacy at Mercy Hospital located at 4050 Coon Rapids Boulevard, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55433; excluding casual pharmacy technicians, community pharmacy technicians, home infusion technicians, pharmacy buyers, managers, and guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing service and maintenance unit currently represented by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota at Mercy Hospital located at 4050 Coon Rapids Boulevard, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55433. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.

If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
