Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of 4 hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. EXCLUDED: All other employees, confidential employees, physicians, registered nurses (RNs), other professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, technical employees, business office clerical employees, already represented employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
