VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time teachers, guides, school nurses, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, student equity and wellness coordinators, directors of college accessibility, and communications coordinators employed by the Employer at its school facility located at 1326 Energy Park Drive, Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55108; excluding all managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act as amended, non-professional employees, and confidential employees, including the Head of School, the Interim Managing Director, the Elementary Program Director, the Lower Adolescent Program Director, the Upper Adolescent Program Director, the Director of Administration, the Dean of Students, Special Education Coordinators, the After Care Program Director, the Summer Programs Director, the Nutrition Program Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator, and teachers who serve as members of Employer’s Board of Directors. If a majority of the professional employees voting in Unit A vote “Yes” to the first question, indicating their desire to be included in a unit with non-professional employees, they will be so included, and their votes on the second question will be counted together with the votes of the non-professional employees in Unit B to decide the question concerning representation for the overall unit in Unit C below:
