Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Laboratory Care Technicians, Secretaries-Lab, Pathology Secretaries, Medical Imaging Assistants, Medical Imaging Assistants–MRI, and Coordinators–Radiation Therapy employed by the Employer at its facility located at 750 East 34th Street, Hibbing, Minnesota; excluding business office clerical employees, technical employees, all other non-professional employees, RNs, all other professional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for AFSCME Council 65 Local Union No. 1119, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing service and maintenance unit currently represented by ASCME Council 65 Local Union No. 1119. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.

Excluding: Managing Director, Program Director, all other employees, temporary employees, interns, managers, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Assistant Program Director, the Radio Production Manager, and the Digital Producer (Associate Blogger Supervisor) may vote in the election but their ballot will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Excluding: Managing Director, Program Director, all other employees, temporary employees, interns, managers, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Assistant Program Director may vote in the election but their ballot will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit.
