If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 31, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing multifacility bargaining unit currently represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 31 as described in its current collective bargaining agreement with the Employer, effective 4/30/2020 to 4/30/2023. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
