Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time professional employees, including IT Support Specialists, New Paths Advocates, CCS Care Coordinators, CCS Clinical Services Therapists, CORE Care Coordinators, CORE Education and Employment Specialists, CORE Occupational Therapists, CORE Peer Support Specialists, CORE Psychotherapists/Clinicians, Grants Managers, Drop-In Center Therapists, Outreach Therapists, Youth & Family Advocates, and Youth Shelter Therapists, employed by the Employer at and/or out of its Main Office located at 4200 N Holton Street, Suite 400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and its Shelter located at 1614 E Kane Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; excluding all confidential employees, nonprofessional employees, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Senior Accountants, Lead Care Coordinators, and Back-up Youth & Family Advocates, may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. The parties agree that Senior Accountants, Lead Care Coordinators, and Back-up Youth & Family Advocates are professional employees within the meaning of Section 2(12) of the Act and should be furnished ballots for Voting Group A- Professional Unit.

OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether the Central Monitor Telecommunication Leads are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit, and individuals in those classifications may vote in the election but their ballots shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
