If a majority of valid ballots are cast for SEIU HEALTHCARE MINNESOTA, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, trained medication aides, restorative aides, dietary assistants, cooks, activities aides, laundry, housekeeping, ward assistants unit currently represented by SEIU HEALTHCARE MINNESOTA.
