If a majority of valid ballots are cast for NATIONAL UNION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS (NUHW), they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing Ambulatory Care unit currently represented by NATIONAL UNION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS (NUHW).
