ADDITIONAL ELIGIBLE VOTER. The parties have agreed that Employer’s employee Michael Stephens is eligible to vote.
If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Connecticut Independent Utility Workers, Local 12924, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all full-time and regular part-time production and distribution and commercial office (customer accounting) employees, including meter readers and operations dispatchers, employed at the Employer’s East Hartford and Rocky Hill, Connecticut facilities.
If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
