If a majority of valid ballots are cast for SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the employee unit at Allina Health Laboratory at its facility located at 4050 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN and/or at its facility located at 550 Osborne Road Fridley, MN currently represented by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota after the Union’s certification in 18 RC-297461. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
