Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Mobile Engineers employed by the Employer assigned to service the Citi account locations in the California Counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, King, Marin, Merced, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, and Stanislaus; excluding all other employees, managers, professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Chief Engineers vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Excluded: all other employees including office employees, clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: The parties have agreed that the Blaster classification may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The Employer’s position is that the individual currently working in this classification is a supervisor within the meaning of Section 2(11) of the Act. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
