Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time Deco Technicians, Front End Technicians, Palletizer Technicians, Process Technicians, QC/Final employees, Scrap Technicians, Spray/Necker Technicians, Print Prep Technicians, FE Specialists, Deco Specialists, BE Specialists and Process Specialists employed by the Employer at its 2451 W. Fuson Road, Muncie, Indiana facility. Excluded: All Tool Room Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Machinists, Electrical Technicians, Industrial Truck Operators, Forklift Leads, Warehouse Coordinators, Inventory Controllers, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act; and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Janitors may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that individuals in the Quality Assurance Technician position may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. The Employer’s position is that these individuals do not share a sufficient community of interest with the other employees to be appropriately including in the bargaining unit. It is the Petitioner’s position that they should be included in the bargaining unit. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
