UNIT B Nonprofessional Employees All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), PCTs I, PCTs II, PCTs III, Licensed Practical Nurse(LPNs)/ Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Clinic Administrative Assistants, employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 545 E Cleveland St, Stockton, California 95204 excluding all other employees, professional employees, Charge Registered Nurses II, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, managerial employees, confidential employees guards, and supervisors, as defined by the Act. Eligible to vote are all per diem employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
