The folowing voting group is appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining as part of the existing unit described above within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act: All per diem service employees employed by the Employer at tis Seattle-First Hill, Seattle-Cherry Hill, Seattle-Ballard, Issaquah, Redmond and Mill Creek, Washington facilities who meet the eligibility formula set forth below; excluding all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. THIS GROUP IS REFERRED TO AS THE "VOTING GROUP." In the event that a majority of voters in the VOTING GROUP vote for representation by the Petitioner, the following will constitute an appropriate collective bargaining unit: All classifications in both the CURRENTLY REPRESENTED BARGAINING UNIT and the VOTING GROUP.
