If a majority of the votes of the full-time and regular part-time drivers, stockers and warehouse personnel employees who work in Section B of the Employer’s 470 Mundet Place, Hillside, New Jersey facility are not cast for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 11, they will be taken to have indicated their desire to remain outside the unit and unrepresented, and the Regional Director of Region 22 of the National Labor Relations Board will issue a Certification of Results to that effect.
