With respect to the professional employees described in Group B, two questions shall appear on the ballot: 1) Do you desire to be included with non-professional employees in a single unit for the purposes of collective bargaining? 2) Do you wish to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by by NEW ENGLAND HEALTH CARE EMPLOYEES UNION, DISTRICT 1199, SEIU? If a majority of employees in Group B vote “Yes” to question 1, they will be so included and their votes on question 2 will then be counted together with those of the employees in Group A.
