Excluded: All other employees, including, executives, superintendents, assistant superintendents, master mechanics, office engineers, timekeepers, messengers, office workers, or any other Employees of the Contractor above the rank of Craft Foreman, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
