THIS GROUP IS REFERRED TO AS THE "VOTING GROUP." In the event that a majority of voters in the VOTING UNIT vote for representation by Petitioner, the following will constitute an appropriate collective bargaining unit: all classifications in both the CURRENTLY REPRESENTED BARGAINING UNIT and the VOTING GROUP. If a majority of the voters in the VOTING GROUP vote against representation by Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated their desire to remain outside the unit and unrepresented, and the Regional Director of Region 19 of the National Labor Relations Board will issue a Certification of Results to that effect.
