If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region 16 office by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2019, in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee.
