If a majority of the voters in the voting group who cast valid ballots vote yes to the first question, indicating a desire to be represented by the Petitioner, and a majority of the valid votes are cast in the affirmative on the second question, the following employees would constitute a unit appropriate for collective bargaining: INCLUDED: All checking, stocking, receiving, produce, bakery sales, courtesy clerks, and coffee bar clerks employed by the Employer at Store #986. EXCLUDED: All other employees, meat department employees, bakery production employees, janitors, office clerical employees, a scan coordinator, confidential employees, guards, watchmen, professional employees, store director, two (2) assistant store directors, scanning coordinators, general merchandise manager, coffee bar supervisors, and other supervisors as defined by the Act.
