Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at 1662 Commercia Way, Santa Cruz, CA 95065, in the following job classifications: Store Sales Specialist, Senior Operations Specialist, Bike and Snow Shop Mechanic, Senior Shipping and Receiving Specialist, and Senior Sales Specialist; excluding all managers, confidential employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
