The mail ballots will be mailed from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4, on Monday, August 14, 2017 after 3:00 p.m. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4 office by close of business on August 28, 2017. The mail ballots will be counted at the Region 4 office located at 615 Chestnut St Ste 710, Philadelphia, PA 19106-4413 at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2017. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region 4 office by no later 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 21, 2017 in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee.
