The parties agree to an election pursuant to Armour & Co., 40 NLRB 1332 (1942); Globe Machine & Stamping Co., 3 NLRB 294 (1937), and that if a majority of valid ballots are cast for Brooke Glen Nurses Association/PASNAP, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of full-time and regular part-time registered and graduate staff nurses and charge nurses represented by Brooke Glen Nurses Association/PASNAP. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
