Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time building maintenance employees employed by the Employer at the Unilever facilities located at 700, 800, 920 and 940 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey and 130 Broadway, Cresskill, New Jersey, including audio-visual technicians, electricians, maintenance mechanics, maintenance workers, technicians, painters, plumbers and warehouse workers, but excluding all other employees, including food service employees, housekeeping and mailroom employees, stationary engineers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
