Russell Baldwin I feel it necessary to repeal the current rules and to reinstate the prior rules. Revise the process so that any and every election will be held with integrity and to be fair to all parties involved. It's time to stop favoring unions.

Mike Blau Team members and companies should not have to worry about being blindsided by unions. We are taking very good care of our team and all a union will do is cost us more money, money that can be used for team members instead of layoffs.

Jason Berg I urge the NLRB to REPEAL the current rules; REINSTATE the prior rules; then REVISE and modernize them in a balanced way. The current rules are overly slanted towards unions and don't give voters the chance to cast a fully informed vote.

Scott C. Eickholt Leave the rule unchanged. NLRB was created to protect the WORKERS not the business. The rule is appropriate for a fair election process. Change would undermine the workers ability to organize. History shows the business works to divide the workers.
